anemo Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use anemo and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information only to verify your identity, process your payments, and settle your gaming activity. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law or to fulfil our payment and compliance obligations.

Our anemo platform stores all personal data on encrypted servers. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting our support team. This privacy notice applies to all users of anemo, regardless of location, and reflects our commitment to data security and transparency.

Read the full details below to understand how we handle your information on anemo.

What information we collect on anemo

We collect the following data when you create an anemo account: your email address, full name, date of birth, national ID number (KTP or passport), phone number, and residential address. We also capture your IP address and device type each time you log in. This information is necessary for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, and compliance with banking regulations.

When you deposit funds into anemo, we record the amount, method (QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or virtual account from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), and timestamp. We do not store your full payment card or wallet credentials — only a tokenized reference. When you place bets or play games on anemo, we log all transactions, including amounts wagered, outcomes, and times. This record helps us settle your account accurately and detect any fraudulent activity.

We do not collect sensitive data without consent

We do not record your ethnicity, health information, religious beliefs, or other sensitive categories unless you voluntarily provide them in support conversations. Any such data is held separately and encrypted at rest.

How we use your data on anemo

We use your personal information on anemo for the following purposes: (1) to verify your identity and prevent fraud; (2) to process deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and banking partners; (3) to settle your gaming transactions and pay out winnings; (4) to comply with Indonesian financial regulations and anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements; (5) to respond to support inquiries and account issues; (6) to detect and investigate suspicious activity; and (7) to send you account notifications (e.g., login alerts, withdrawal confirmations).

We do not use your data for marketing, analytics, or any purpose outside the scope of providing anemo services. We do not profile you based on your gaming behaviour or create predictive models about your future activity. We do not sell your information to data brokers, advertisers, or third-party marketers.

Third-party processors on anemo

We may share your data with trusted third parties only to the extent necessary to provide anemo services. These include: (1) payment processors and banks (to confirm deposits and process withdrawals via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, virtual accounts); (2) identity verification vendors (to validate your KTP or passport during KYC); (3) hosting providers (who store our encrypted servers); and (4) compliance and legal advisors (to fulfil regulatory obligations). All processors sign data-processing agreements that require them to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We do not transfer your data outside Indonesia unless required by law. Our anemo servers are located within the region, so your information typically remains subject to Indonesian data protection practices. If a legal request compels us to share your data with authorities, we will inform you unless the law prohibits disclosure.

What third parties cannot do

  • We do not allow payment processors to retain your data after the transaction settles.
  • We do not permit identity vendors to store your ID images beyond the verification window.
  • We do not share your gaming history or betting patterns with any external party.
  • We do not allow hosting providers to access your personal data — only encrypted server storage.

How long we keep your data on anemo

We retain your account information (name, ID, address, email) for as long as your anemo account is active. Once you close your account, we keep core transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, settlement history) for seven years to comply with Indonesian financial regulations and to help resolve any disputes or queries. Your ID photos are deleted within 90 days after KYC approval. Payment method tokens are refreshed every 12 months or when you update a payment method.

If you request deletion of your account, we will erase all non-regulatory data (chat history, preferences, device logs) within 30 days. Your transaction history will remain anonymized for compliance purposes but will not be linked to your identity after account closure.

Your rights regarding data on anemo

You have the right to access all data we hold about you on anemo. You can request a copy of your information — including your account details, transaction history, and KYC records — by emailing our support team. We will provide this within 14 business days at no charge.

You have the right to correct any inaccurate information. If your name, address, or ID details have changed, you can update them within your anemo account settings, or contact support for assistance. You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to our legal retention obligations (see above). You have the right to withdraw consent for specific uses of your data (e.g., login notifications) by updating your account preferences or contacting support.
